The $10 discount will be applied once your friend mentions YOUR NAME and YOUR PET'S NAME as the referral contact.
The way this referral discount works is simple and straightforward. When a friend of yours decides to make a purchase, they can receive a $10 discount. However, to make this discount happen, it is essential that your friend clearly mentions both your name and the name of your pet. This means that when they are checking out or signing up, they should provide the specific details that connect back to you. By doing this, the system recognizes the referral, and the discount is applied to their total. It is crucial for your friend to include your name along with your pet’s name to ensure that the discount is properly granted. This referral process not only benefits your friend by providing them with savings but also reinforces the bond of your connection through your pet’s name.
The discount mentioned is not applicable under certain conditions.
First, any pets that exhibit a bad temperament will not qualify for this discount. This includes pets that may become aggressive or overly anxious during grooming sessions.
Second, if a pet is extremely matted, the discount will not be applied to that grooming appointment. However, the discount will be available for the next grooming session after the mats have been addressed.
Lastly, the discount does not apply to Bath and Tidy Up services specifically for small and medium-sized dogs. These services are categorized as those costing less than $55 before tax. Therefore, it is important to consider these exclusions when anticipating the benefits of the discount.
